I have had an eventful last couple of months so I've only been able to draw a little. I have finished a couple projects for my art class but I will post those later when I have enough to make a nice big post.

I've been drawing people all cartoony recently here's me...

And Gracie! I still owe my friend Sam one and then I plan to draw everyone else in my family (once I find some extra drawing time!)

Here's my biggest leisure drawing I finished at the end of January. I made it in Photoshop Elements and it took me around 8 hours total to complete it. I am very satisfied with the background since I hardly ever make backgrounds for my pictures. :)

New Tablet!

For Christmas I got a Wacom pen and touch drawing tablet! It is really great and I love it! Here are a couple pics I drew with it soon after I got it:

So I totally skipped last year on here, here are some of my favorite pieces I drew/made from last year:

Here is a picture I did before I got my tablet. So the whole thing was drawn by mouse! x_x

I sketched this in class (muahaha) after I saw How to Train Your Dragon (awesome movie!).

Random creepy drawing that popped out of my head one day xP. Cheshire human... thing... O_O creepy... D:

I wanted to try to draw a cheetah so I got a reference picture and draw him~! His name is Jeff :>

Another thing I did after I saw How to Train Your Dragon was find this cool pattern for a Toothless plush online. I sewed him off and on for like three months and then finally finished him! :3 I modified the pattern a little and most of it was handsewn.

And here is a cute lion I drew after I saw a picture of a lion yawning :3

I figured I should pick some of my art and post it here so you can see a little progression from then to now. Mind you the pictures in this start in 2006 and work up 'til now further on down the page. Most of the art in this post were colored in photoshop since I like the clean look of digital art.

You will probably notice my art is heavily influenced by Disney, especially The Lion King (which is what inspired me to start drawing in the first place!).

This one is from 2006. It's a Chinese dragon named Jade :)

2006 - I was going for realism in MSPaint

2006 - I was really into wolves at this stage :)

2007 - I made a character named Coco... he likes to read and run P:

2007 - My sister kept asking me to make her a lion so I made her this one. Her favorite color is purple and she loves music :D

2007 - I am a member of a Lion king Fan art website(which helped me want to become better at drawing) and there was a Halloween contest. This is what I came up with :P

2007 - Just another character I made.

2008 - I was very into werewolves for a bit so I decided to draw one :)

2008 - I tried my hand at a mermaid :3

2009 - I had read that sculpey clay was good for sculpting so I made a little sculpture of one of my characters, I love how he came out :)

2009 - Not the same character that I sculpted, but close. I always wanted to draw some kind of fallen angel picture... meh xP

2009 - Coco again! And this time he is with his daughter and has a background story! Yaaay!

I drew this from a picture I found in a Star Wars encyclopedia. I mean, who doesn't like Yoda? :P

Those were just a couple selections from my past pieces of art. I will post newer stuff as I crank it out. The next post will be my art from school. 'Til next time!
